Here are the general academy rules and general terms and conditions related to training in the academy and usage of the website and academy resources.

Academy Regulations; To be Followed By All

• We promote the values among the students and encourage to develop Respect, Trust and Unity.
• We believe in being punctual and never miss the practice.
• If you cannot come for practice, always inform.
• No chewing gum anywhere on the court or during training.
• All drills and practices are mandatory.
• A display of carelessness and un-sportsman behaviour will not be tolerated.

Academy Terms

• Inclusion in the team will be done on an evaluation of the player and the coach’s decision is final.
• DO NOT coach children from the sidelines.
• Attend all training session, keep the coach informed if unable to attend.
• Play by the rules.
• Respect our training venues and equipment. Wilful damage will result in disciplinary action.

General Policies

• All fees should be paid in advance i.e in the beginning of the month.
• The fee should be transferred to the bank account details shared with you.
• If cash payment is made, please ensure you collect the receipt in acknowledgement.
• Do not abuse players, coaches, referees or other parents during or after the game.
• Give positive support and encouragement.
• Do not abuse or criticise children during or after a game.
• Under no circumstances should adult members approach any child in a threatening or aggressive manner regardless of any perceived offence committed by the child during the game.
• Failure to do so may result in the player facing disciplinary procedures in accordance with the academy’s regulations.

Disclaimer

Kindly acknowledge the fact that all forms of athletics will involve a certain risk of physical injury. If you have any concerns or do not want your child to perform in competitive sports, please inform the coach/school.

Refund Policy

Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly paid shall not be entertained under any circumstances. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation.
